Skateboard Return and Refund Policy
Welcome to our online skateboard store! To ensure you have a smooth shopping experience, please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully. Placing an order in our store constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Return Policy (USA)
We accept returns from the following countries: United States.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can return unused skateboards within 30 days of receiving the product with no questions asked. (Return method: mail)

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The skateboard must be in original condition, including:

Unused (no wear or riding marks).

With tags attached.

In original packaging.

Proof of purchase or receipt required.
How to return?

Approval and Shipping Label: If the return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to return the package.
Important: Packages sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For defective skateboards (e.g. wrong item, shipping damage, or other defects): We will cover the return shipping costs.
For personal reasons of the customer (e.g. wrong skateboard, wrong size, or you no longer need the product): We will also pay for the return shipping costs.
Damage and Problems
Please inspect your skateboard immediately after receiving it. If you find:

The skateboard is damaged,
The wrong product was sent, or
The skateboard is defective,
Please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it appropriately.

What if the skateboard you received is defective?
If the skateboard you purchased from egty.shop is defective, we will:

Replace it with a new one, or
Refund it in full.
To proceed, please email [email protected] with details and photos of the problem. After verifying the problem, we will immediately send a replacement or process a refund.

Exchange Policy
If you want a different skateboard:

Please return your existing skateboard first following the return process above.
Once the return is accepted, purchase a new skateboard separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned skateboard:

We will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days.
Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
